Cementex double-insulated tools comply with the IEC 900 standard, the ASTM F1505-01 standard to help you meet the requirements of OSHA Safety Related Work Practices, NFPA 70E Standard and CSA-Z462. Most importantly, Cementex double-insulated tools are individually tested to 10,000 VAC and rated for 1,000 VAC/1,500DC when working on live parts. Made in the U.S.A. and marked with the international safety symbol for 1000V. We are highlighting Tool Kits on these pages, since that is how most of our customers order them. However, every individual tool is available as a separate item, and there are literally hundreds of others not shown here. Please email us with any special requests. WARRANTY Cementex guarantees the mechanical parts of the tools for life, provided they are used for the purpose for which they are intended. Cementex insulation is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of the original shipment by Cementex. Cementex insulation is guaranteed to pass a 1000 VAC proof test in accordance with applicable U.S. and International Standards and rated for application to 1000 VAC / 1500 VDC. If any product fails to conform to warranty, please call 800-829-9580 or email us to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number which is required for all returns. If inspection reveals that the product does not conform to this warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced, at the option of Cementex Products, Inc. without charge.
