Hygiene kit consists of one pair of soft replacement cushions and high quality foam inserts to keep your earmuffs fresh.

Bilsom has made a running change in the attachment method for their cushions. Until recently, they have been attached with adhesive (shown). The latest version uses a snap-in design. Since both types will be on the market or in the hands of our customers for some time, we are offering a choice. Fits Bilsom L3 earmuff. The adhesive type also fits the now discontinued Howard Leight LM777.
